I am not a morning person. Stopping for coffee on my way to work because I slept in or going to a coffee shop after work to read can add up and should be an occasional treat, not an every day occurrence. I plan to start drinking coffee at home. I also plan to plan my meals a bit more and make more from scratch and not rely on prepared foods. If I can discipline my time in preparing meals and planning my sleep habits, it will help me become more disciplined in my spending habits too.
