For me to wait 30 days is key. I was recently deciding between a gym membership and working out at home. Over the years I have found it difficult to stick with any physical routine. However, I recently found a place with 30 min workouts. 30 minutes is doable I tell myself and it’s structured. I successfully completed a trial period but I did lapse in attending a few days. I know that winter is coming and I hate cold weather so it’s the perfect excuse not to work out. I really had to challenge myself not to add the additional expense and to try to get into a home routine. I’m still thinking that maybe I’ll join in the spring but for now I want to be a good steward by utilizing my resources in a more disciplined way.
